23. APPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL The County Manager recommends the following Ryan White Planning Council appointments: General Public Representatives • Appoint Andrew Cheyvollier, General Public representative to the Ryan White Planning Council, for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors. (May 1, 2010-April 30, 2013) • Appoint Don Welsh, General Public representative to the Ryan White Planning Council, for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors. (May 1, 2010-April 30, 2013) • Appoint Robert Solis, General Public representative to the Ryan White Planning Council, for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors. (May 1, 2010-April 30, 2013) Service Provider Representatives • Appoint Rev. Terese E. (Bonnie) Ott, Service Provider representative, AGAPE Network to the Ryan White Planning Council, for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors. (May 1, 2010-April 30, 2013) Institutional Representative • Appoint Richard Burrell, Institutional representative, Buckeye Outreach Social Services ; for a three-year term to begin on the first day of the month following the approval of the Board of Supervisors.
