2. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES FOR AIDS DRUG ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Approve a(n) Intergovernmental Agreement between Arizona Department of Health Services and Maricopa County through the Workforce Management and Development, in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,500,000. This Intergovernmental Agreement is funded by a grant from Health Services Resource Administration, (H89HA11478). The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP). This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from July 1, 2010 until June 30, 2011. Funds will be transferred to ADHS for the AIDS Drug Assistance Program to provide HIV medications to Ryan White Part A clients (C-31-11-004-3-00)
