23. APPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Consistent with Article III of the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Planning Council and after satisfactory completion of the pre-screening process approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for new Planning Council members, the County Manager recommends the following Ryan White Planning Council appointments: General Public Representatives : Approve the appointment of Andrew Cheyvollier, Tamra Stark, Don Welsh and Robert Solis for three-year terms beginning December 1, 2010 through November 30, 2013. Service Provider Representatives : Approve the appointment of Rev. Terese E. (Bonnie) Ott from AGAPE Network for a three-year term beginning December 1, 2010 through November 30, 2013. Appoint John Vincente Garcia as an Alternate for Dr. Jennifer Lewis, Service Provider representative, Southwest Center for HIV for the remainder of Dr. Lewis’ term, which expires in February 25, 2012. Institutional Representative : Approve the appointment of Rebecca Barnett, Walgreens, for three-year term beginning December 1, 2010 through November 30, 2013. Approve the reappointment of Richard Burrell, Buckeye Outreach Social Services, for a three-year term beginning December 1, 2010 through November 30, 2013. The Membership Committee of the Ryan White Planning Council has confirmed that the individuals listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
