EXEMPTION TO THE MARICOPA COUNTY VOLUNTARY REDUCTION IN FORCE, REDUCTION IN FORCE AND FURLOUGHS POLICY HR2403 Approve an exemption to the Maricopa County Voluntary Reduction in Force, Reduction in Force and Furloughs Policy HR2403 to allow unclassified General and Special Litigation employees affected by the restructuring of the County Attorney Civil Services Division, to continue to receive full salary and benefits for 30 days after receiving final RIF notification, during which time they will be assigned to the Maricopa County Career Center.
