46. REVISIONS TO COUNTY POLICY HR2405 EMPLOYEE WORKPLACE CONCERNS Approve revisions to County Policy HR2405. Revisions include: updated policy title; changed language under the Purpose section; removed Authorities and Responsibilities section and inserted an Application section; expanded definitions section; combined Policy and Procedure sections and updated language and formal process for employees to raise workplace concerns; added clarifying language in reference to issues that are excluded from this policy; removed attachments.
