42. AMENDMENTS TO FY2016 NON DEPARTMENTAL NON RECURRING BUDGET In accordance with A.R.S. § 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the Non Departmental (470) FY 2016 budget: a) Decrease the expenditure authority for the General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) Contingency (4711) in the line "Unreserved Contingency" by $51,204; b) Increase the expenditure authority in the General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) Other Programs (4712) in a new line "Park Rangers PSPRS Accrued Liability" by $51,204. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. Approval of this action will allow the Human Resources Department to make payment to the Public Safety Personnel Retirement System for the unfunded accrued liability in the Maricopa County Park Rangers - System 202.
