37. AMEND WELLNESS INCENTIVE PLAN FY 20-21 Approve modification of the FY 20-21 Wellness Incentive Program activities for employees who elect to participate in County-sponsored medical plans as follows: 1. Allow employees to automatically receive the premium reduction incentive if they: (i) earned or received a premium reduction incentive during Plan Year 2018-2019; (ii) earned or received a premium reduction incentive during Plan Year 2019-2020; or (iii) are a new hire on or after July 1, 2019 and have completed at least one activity in the StayWell Portal by June 30, 2020. 2. Allow employees who do not qualify to automatically receive the premium reduction incentive per the above to receive the premium reduction incentive prospectively by completing the Online Health Check Survey (formerly called Health Assessment) and two of the “Your Choice” activities in the Wellness Portal on or after July 1, 2020. Due to the COVID-19/coronavirus pandemic, many Wellness Incentive Program activities are no longer feasible. The total available incentive remains unchanged at $60.00 per month, per employee.
