73. EMPLOYEE LEAVE POLICY EXCEPTION - DONATION OF VACATION TIME Approve an exception to the donation of vacation time cap of “one qualifying event per year (rolling year from the start of the event )” as outlined in the Employee Leave Policy (HR2415). An employee was mistakenly approved to use a donation of vacation time prior to the completion of the year since the start of her last qualifying event. Acting in good faith after the approval, the employee scheduled a different qualifying event that resulted in the need for a donation of vacation time a few weeks before the rolling year reset. If approved, the employee would be allowed to use donated vacation time starting 10/27/20 instead of 11/13/2020. The employee needing this exception is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Board and retained in accordance with Arizona State Library Archives and Public Record (ASLAPR) approved retention schedule (C-31-21-032-X-00)
