35. FY 2021 PERFORMANCE-BASED RETENTION PAY FOR CHIEF DEPUTY ASSESSOR, CHIEF DEPUTY COUNTY ATTORNEY, CHIEF DEPUTY SHERIFF, AND CHIEF DEPUTY SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT Pursuant to A.R.S §11-419 (C and D), approve a 3% one-time lump sum performance-based retention payment for Dawn Marie Buckland (Chief Deputy Assessor), Kenneth Vick (Chief Deputy County Attorney), Russell Skinner (Chief Deputy Sheriff), and Matthew Morales (Chief Deputy School Superintendent). This 3% one-time payment is consistent with the Board-approved FY 2021 Maricopa County Performance-Based Retention Pay Plan that uses allocated funding for a one-time lump sum retention payment.
