60. HEALTH AND WELLNESS PLANS FOR THE PLAN YEAR 2023 1. Approve moving health plans towards achieving mental health parity. 2. Approve any change in Health Savings (HSA) and Medical Flexible Spending Accounts annual contribution limits for 2023 as released by the IRS with no change to the County’s annual HSA contribution amount. 3. Approve increasing the contact lens allowance from $130 to $150 under the Vision benefit. 5. Approve the promotion of local food cooperatives, farmer’s markets, and community-supported agriculture (CSA’s) to employees. 6.
