61. FY 22-23 TECHNICAL RATE ADJUSTMENT 1. Approve the revised Medical Benefit rates for active employees for July 1, 2022, through December 31, 2023, as outlined in the attached Exhibit A. 2. Approve the revised Dental Benefit rates for active employees for July 1, 2022, through December 31, 2023, as outlined in the attached Exhibit B. 3. Approve the revised Vision Benefit rates for active employees for July 1, 2022, through December 31, 2023, as outlined in the attached Exhibit C. The recommended medical, dental, and vision rates were developed by Employee Benefits and Wellness, based on actuarial analyses and input from the County’s external benefits consultants, for use in the Workday Benefits and Payroll System. Subsequently, it was determined that benefit rates and deductions would be managed by the Businessolver system as of July 1, 2022, until the implementation of Workday is completed. Businessolver calculates bi-weekly premiums using a different rounding methodology which created one-cent differences for some of the rates. The one-cent differences have been incorporated into these rate schedules. The one-cent differences are the only changes. (C-31-22-094-X-00)
