5. APPOINTMENT OF PUBLIC FIDUCIARY Pursuant to A.R.S. §14-5601A and the Arizona Code Of Judicial Administration SEC. 7-202E(2)(D), approve, by Resolution, the appointment of Gary Brian Strickland as the Maricopa County Public Fiduciary. The term of the appointment will be effective November 1, 2010. With this appointment, the current acting Public Fiduciary, Susan A. Cooper, will return to her position as Deputy Public Fiduciary. With this appointment, Mr. Strickland will also become the permanent director of the Office of the Public Fiduciary. (C-34-11-002-9-00)
