27. ADDITION OF PERMANENT VEHICLE TO THE FLEET Approve a permanent addition to the County fleet of one passenger sedan, valued at $17,000 for the purpose of facilitating Office of the Public Fiduciary staff in their efforts to provide adequate and timely services. Funding for this vehicle is included in the FY 2012 Office of the Public Fiduciary (340), General Fund (100) budget. Annual operating and maintenance costs are estimated at $1,000 to be paid out of departmental general funds. A detailed cross-referenced list of vehicle identification numbers is kept on file in the Clerk of the Board’s Office. Seven positions were added to the Office of the Public Fiduciary for FY2011-12. This vehicle is needed as a transportation resource so that Public Fiduciary staff are able to provide mandated services at off-site locations. (C-34-11-005-V-00)
