16. CONTRACT WITH RED VISION SYSTEMS, INC Approve the contract between the Recorder’s Office and Red Vision Systems, Inc to allow Red Vision Systems to access the electronic copies of the recorded document directly from the Recorder’s servers via internet or web services. Red Vision Systems will pay an initial fee of $8,465 and monthly fee of $5.00 per order (search for a customer) up to 1,750 orders, a fee of $4.00 per order from 1,751 to 2,750 monthly orders and $3.00 for monthly orders in excess of 2,750 orders. This contract is in effect from year to year, without renewal, subject to cancellation by either party. This item is subject to final legal review and approval of the contract. (C-36-10-003-3-00)
