11. TRADE OF A DIGITAL ARCHIVE WRITER TO LIN-CUM FOR MICROFILM SERVICES Pursuant to the Maricopa County Procurement Code, MC1-803, D.3., approve the trade-in of a surplus Kodak I9620 Archive Writer to Lin-Cum for $24,000 of microfilm processing services. The Maricopa County Procurement Code provides that surplus materials may be disposed of by trade-in with the approval of the Board. The Archive Writer, which was purchased in 2005, is no longer needed by the Recorder’s Office. This trade for service will allow the Recorder’s Office to receive a fair market value for the machine rather than sending it to surplus for sale at a minimal value. (C-36-12-001-M-00)
