11. SALE OF ELECTION EVENT REPORTING SOFTWARE Authorize the Recorder’s Office to sell their election event reporting software to other governments for $1,500.00 and authorize the Chairman to sign any intergovernmental purchasing agreement resulting from a sale after approval by the County Attorney’s Office. Currently Coconino County wishes to purchase the software and Yavapai County is considering a purchase. The event reporting system is an online, centralized database accessible throughout a department to capture and categorize the various pieces of information gathered relating to an election, It enables the recording of the source of the information and the assigning of issue resolution to the appropriate manager who receives instant e-mail notification. The system has won awards from the National Association of Counties, the Election Center and Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government's Ash Institute. (C-36-14-001-2-00)
