8. ONE-TIME ADDITION TO THE COUNTY FLEET Approve a one-time addition to the County fleet for one (1) vehicle to be purchased by the Equipment Services Department for use by the Recorder’s Office IT staff for a total cost not to exceed $35,000. This vehicle will be used by the Recorder’s IT staff to service the recording kiosks and early voting sites located throughout the County. Additional operating costs are estimated to be approximately $5,000 per fiscal year. Vehicle and operating costs will be absorbed in the Recorder’s Surcharge Special Revenue Fund operating budget.
