13. RECORDER AND ELECTIONS REQUEST FOR REVIEW OVER BASELINE Per the Board approved FY 2016 Budget Guidelines and Priorities, approve allowing the Office of Management & Budget to review the following requests over baseline: Recorder- $1,698,269 Recorder Surcharge Fund 236 for use of non-recurring fund balance. Elections-$4,329,156 (Fund 100-non-recurring expense and revenue for Presidential Preference Election-State mandate) The $1,698,269 use of Recorder Surcharge fund balance includes upgrades to technology systems and equipment. The cost of the Presidential Preference election is reimbursed by the State of Arizona. (C-36-15-001-2-00)
