13. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR RECORDER SURCHARGE COSTS FY18 In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the following: 1. Increase the expenditure authority in Recorder (D360) Surcharge Fund (236) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) by an amount not to exceed $400,000. 2. Decrease the expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) by an amount not to exceed $400,000. These actions will have a Countywide net impact of zero. This increase is due to making two debt lease payments on the Dell Lease purchase in FY 2018. (C-36-18-012-M-00)
