26. REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH MACERICH PARTNERSHIP, LP Approve and execute Revocable License Agreement P-50390 (Agreement) for use of real property with The Macerich Partnership, LP, a Delaware limited partnership registered in Arizona (Licensor) for use of multiple properties throughout Maricopa County for voting location; and approve and authorize the Deputy County Manager for Maricopa County or the Real Estate Director for Maricopa County, each individually and separately, to administer this Agreement as appropriate and necessary, which authority includes but is not limited to, execution of Notice documents. This Agreement is for the purpose of providing additional polling locations for the upcoming 2020 General election in order to meet the CDC’s recommended social distancing guidelines for staff, volunteers and citizens. The term will commence October 19, 2020 and expire November 7, 2020 unless terminated earlier as provided in the Agreement. Elections Department will have use of eight (8) locations as follows: Location Address Arrowhead Towne Center 7770 W. Arrowhead, Glendale, AZ 85308 Biltmore Fashion Park 2502 E. Camelback Rd Phoenix, AZ 85016 The Boulevard Shops 3111 W. Chandler BLVD, Chandler A 85226 Paradise Valley Mall 4568, E. Cactus Rd, Phoenix AZ SanTan Village 2218 E. Williams Field Rd, Suite 235, Gilbert AZ 85295 Superstition Springs Center 6555 E. Southern Ave, Mesa AZ 85206 Total license fee cost for all 6 locations is $32,551.04, including rental tax. Licensor may terminate this Agreement upon fourteen (14) days’ prior notice, or County may terminate pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-511. These locations fall under various Supervisory Districts.
