LEASE AGREEMENT L-7508 WITH MORRIS FAMILY TRUST Approve and execute Lease Agreement L-7508 (Agreement) with Morris Family Trust Dated October 18, 2013 (Lessor) for the use of 1,540 square feet of rental space located at 1730 E. Warner Rd., Suite 3, Tempe Arizona 85284; and approve and authorize the Deputy County Manager for Maricopa County or the Real Estate Director for Maricopa County, each individually and separately, to administer this Agreement as appropriate and necessary, which authority includes but is not limited to, execution of Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment, Estoppel, and Notice documents. The purpose of this agreement is to allow Maricopa County (Lessee) exclusive use of the premises as a polling location and other associated activities/use/services for the upcoming 2020 General election. The term of the Agreement shall commence on the effective date, September 21, 2020, for a period of approximately two (2) months expiring on November 10, 2020. Lessee agrees to pay as full-service gross rent, in two equal monthly installments the sum of $11,500 each. This Agreement is subject to A.R.S. § 38-511 and may be terminated due to non-appropriation of funds or by mutual agreement. This item is located in Supervisory District 1 (C-36-21-006-X-00)
