LEASE AGREEMENT L-7506 WITH EC CROSSROADS II, LLC Approve and execute Lease Agreement L-7506 (Agreement) with EC Crossroads II, LLC (Lessor) for the use of 3,528 square feet of rental space located at 6750 W. Peoria Ave., Suite 138, Peoria Arizona 85345; and approve and authorize the Deputy County Manager for Maricopa County or the Real Estate Director for Maricopa County, each individually and separately, to administer this Agreement as appropriate and necessary, which authority includes but is not limited to, execution of Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment, Estoppel, and Notice documents. The purpose of this agreement is to allow Maricopa County (Lessee) exclusive use of the premises as a polling location and other associated activities/use/services for the upcoming 2020 General election. The term of the Agreement shall commence on the effective date, September 21, 2020, for a period of three (3) months expiring on December 20, 2020. Lessee agrees to pay as gross rent, split into two equal installments, the sum of $25,000. Lessee is also responsible to reimburse Lessor for utility and maintenance costs for the premises. This Agreement is subject to A.R.S. § 38-511 and may be terminated due to non-appropriation of funds or by mutual agreement. This is located in Supervisory District 4. (C-36-21-008-X-00)
