ADDITION OF PERMANENT VEHICLES TO ELECTIONS DEPARTMENT FLEET Approve permanent additions to the Elections Department fleet of three (3) vehicles to be purchased by the Equipment Services Department for use by the Elections Department. The request is for two (2) three quarter ton trucks and one (1) golf cart for a cost estimated at $150,000. These vehicles will be purchased with funds received from the AZVOTESAFE grant. The AZVOTESAFE grant was awarded and received on Agenda Item C#36-21-001-X-00 for $2,220,878.00. Additional costs such operating and maintenance costs are estimated to be approximately $10,000.00 per fiscal year. Vehicle and operating costs will be absorbed in the Elections Department’s operating budget. (C-36-21-021-X-00)
