22. RECORDERS SURCHARGE FUND BUDGET ADJUSTMENT Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106B, authorize the following adjustments to the FY 2022 budget: 1. Increase the revenue and expenditure authority in the Recorder (D360) Recorders Surcharge Fund (236) Operating (OPER) budget by $300,000. 2. Decrease the revenue and expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Operating (OPER) budget by $300,000. The budget adjustment is for the necessary resources to modernize the Maricopa County voter registration system, procure upgraded kiosks, and complete a phase 1 rewrite of the voter registration and elections website.
