54. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR ELECTION COSTS FY22 The adjustment is based on the approved Election Operating Agreement between the Board of Supervisors and the Recorder’s Office on July 14, 2021. In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), authorize the following: 1. Approve the transfer of FY22 expenditure authority in the amount of $1,267,850 from Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) Contingency (4711) Elections Sitebook /On Demand Printer line to the Elections Department (D210) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Budget (NRNP) 2.Approve the transfer of FY22 expenditure authority in the amount of $986,972 from Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) Contingency (4711) Elections Additional Positions line and Elections Ballot OnDemand Printer line to Elections Department (D210) General Fund (100) Operating Budget (OPER). These actions will have a Countywide net impact of zero. (C-36-22-031-X-00)
