61. REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT Approve and execute a Revocable License Agreement with Macerich Arizona Partners, LLC. (Licensor), for the use of space within two of Licensor’s Shopping Centers by Maricopa County Elections Department for 2022 Voting Centers: • Biltmore Fashion Park, 2502 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix (Unit 760 – 2,800 square feet) • San Tan Village, 2218 E. Williams Field, Gilbert (Space 102 – 4,333 square feet) The License term is from October 24, 2022, through November 15, 2022. The License fee is $12,767.76 in total for both locations. In addition, the Licensor may terminate the License to any or all Shopping Centers, at any time during the Term, on fourteen (14) days prior written notice. (C-36-23-002-X-00)
