30. AMENDED AND RESTATED LEASE AGREEMENT L-7382 BETWEEN 4041 CENTRAL PLAZA, LLC (LESSOR) AND MARICOPA COUNTY (LESSEE) Approve and execute the Amended and Restated Lease Agreement No. L-7382 with 4041 Central Plaza, LLC, Lessor, for 16,604 square feet of office space at 4041 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ. This Amended and Restated Lease, effective July 1, 2023, extends the agreement to January 31, 2031. The current lease expires June 30, 2023. The Amended and Restated Lease decreases the rentable square footage to 16,604 effective July 1, 2023. Aggregate lease cost will be $360,945.00 per year plus applicable taxes. The County may terminate the agreement at any fiscal year end for non-appropriation of funds. (C-37-06-001-4-05)
