15. SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT RENEWAL (CONTRACT #09028-SS) WITH TYLER TECHNOLOGIES (FORMERLY WINDSOR MANAGEMENT) Approve a 5-year renewal of Sole Source Contract (Contract #09028-SS) with Tyler Technologies (formerly Windsor Management) for support, maintenance and licensing of the Infinite Visions Edition applications. Infinite Visions Enterprise Edition is the application the Maricopa County Education Service Agency (MCESA) uses for 38 school districts within Maricopa County to manage the districts’ finances. MCESA is required to financially manage revenue and expenditures for these 38 school districts. This is a renewal of the original second renewal which expired on March 31, 2014. This sole source is estimated at $963,762.00. Term of the agreement is April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2019.(C-37-09-011-3-01)

20. AMENDMENT TO SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FOR THE INFINITE VISIONS APPLICATION Approve Amendment No. 4 of sole source contract (#09028-SS) with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for support, maintenance and licensing of the Infinite Visions applications adding Avondale Elementary School District #44. In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), Increase the revenue and expenditure budget for the Maricopa County Education Services (370) School Communication Fund (782) Operating (0000) budget by $25,157. Intergovernmental revenues are not local revenues for purposes of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. This budget adjustment does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. (C-37-09-011-3-04)

MAINTENANCE RENEWAL AGREEMENT WITH TYLER TECHNOLOGIES Approve, retroactively, a 5-year, 3 month renewal of the maintenance agreement (Contract #09028-SS) with Tyler Technologies (formerly Windsor Management) for support, maintenance and licensing of the Infinite Visions Edition applications. Infinite Visions Enterprise Edition is the application the Maricopa County School Superintendent (MCSS) uses for 37 school districts within Maricopa County to manage the districts’ finances. MCSS is required to financially manage revenue and expenditures for these 37 school districts. This is a renewal of the maintenance which expires on March 31, 2019. This agreement is $1,738,058.08 for the County and $275,292.77 for the current year for the districts. The agreement will be retroactively effective April 1, 2019 - June 30, 2024. (C-37-09-011-3-07)
