19. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AND MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH I/O PHOENIX ONE, LLC Approve and execute an amendment to the license and master services agreement No.P-50124 with I/O Phoenix One, LLC, as Licensor for County’s use of one additional data center cabinet in the enhanced building environment at 615 N. 48th Street in Phoenix. The subject amendment to License agreement P-50124 with I/O Data Center requires a one-time start up fee not-to-exceed $1,350 plus taxes and an increase to the monthly license fee by $1,302.50 plus taxes. 24. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT P-50124 WITH I/O PHOENIX ONE, LLC Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, a third amendment to License Agreement P-50124 with I/O Phoenix One, LLC, as Licensor, to extend the term of the license agreement by 12 months. The subject amendment to License agreement P-50124 with I/O Data Center extends the term of the agreement by an additional 12 months. This license agreement provides for cabinet space at an offsite datacenter facility. The base license fees will increase at 3% per year. (C-37-09-026-3-05)

20. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT P-50124 WITH I/O PHOENIX ONE, LLC Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, a fourth amendment to License Agreement P-50124 with I/O Phoenix One, LLC, as Licensor, to extend the term of the license agreement by nine (9) months and authorize Real Estate Services staff to give 90-day notice to Licensor of County’s action to terminate License Agreement P-50124 at the end of the subject 9-month renewal period. The subject amendment to License agreement P-50124 with I/O Data Center extends the term of the agreement by an additional nine (9) months. This license agreement provides for cabinet space at an offsite datacenter facility. The base license fees will increase at 3% per year. (C-37-09-026-3-06)
