13. INCREASE EXPENDITURE BUDGET - SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS Approve an expenditure budget increase to the Superintendent of Schools (370) County School Indirect Cost Fund (795) Non-recurring/Non-project (0001) in the amount of $585,901. County School Indirect Cost Fund revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-37-10-003-2-00)
