10. APPORTIONMENT OF NATIONAL FOREST FEES Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-497, approve the apportionment of $527,890.42 of National Forest Fees for FY 2009-10. The County Treasurer’s Office has on deposit National Forest Fees for FY 2009-10 in the amount of $527,890.42. This amount represents Maricopa County’s share of the National Forest Fees apportionment. These fees will be allocated as described below: Superintendent of Schools (370) General Fund (100) $443,427.95 Superintendent of Schools (370) Grant Fund (715) $39,419.64 Emergency Management Department (151) Emergency Management Fund (215) $40,165.58 Public Works (910) Transportation Fund (232): $4,877.25 The Superintendent of Schools will receive $482,847.59 and their FY 09-10 indirect rate is 21.5% resulting in $85,422.17 full indirect cost recovery. The Emergency Management Department will receive $40,165.58 and their FY 09-10 indirect rate is 16.4% resulting in $5,659.07 full indirect cost recovery. The Public Works Department will receive $4,877.25 and their FY 09-10 indirect rate is 19.7% resulting in $802.69 full indirect cost recovery. (C-37-10-077-M-00)
