EXEMPTION TO TECHNOLOGY FINANCE PROGRAM AND CAPITAL FREEZE EXEMPTION Approve an exemption to the Technology Finance Program (TFP) and an exception to the Capital Freeze for the Superintendent of Schools Office to purchase technology equipment in the amount of $30,373.60 for the MCSO Jail Education program.
