2. IGA WITH REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT AND BUDGET ADJUSTMENT Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County Regional School District (#509) and Maricopa County through its Education Services Agency for Maricopa County Jail School programs and services. Approve per A.R.S. §42-17106 an increase to the 2009-10 Superintendent of Schools (370) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) revenue and expenditure appropriation of $93,868. Intergovernmental Agreement revenues are not local revenues for purposes of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. This budget adjustment does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. Maricopa County Education Services Agency will be receiving $158,610 via the Maricopa County Regional School District (#509) for services provided regarding the 2010 Title I-D Neglected or Delinquent Grant (10FAADEL-060704-12A) that the Maricopa County Regional School District has received from the US Department of Education via Arizona Department of Education. Also, direct OMB to budget for FY 2010-11 accordingly. (C-37-10-080-2-00)
