8. INCREASE EXPENDITURE AUTHORIZATION FOR SCHOOL COMMUNICATION FUND In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve an increase in expenditure authority for the Superintendent of Schools Department (370) School Communication Fund (782) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) for FY 2009-10 in the amount of $47,912. These funds are non-local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation and therefore, expenditure of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. (C-37-10-083-2-00)
