25. AGREEMENT WITH PROMETHEAN EDUCATION SERVICE AGENCY Approve an Agreement between Promethean Education Service Agency and Maricopa County to allow The Maricopa County Education Service Agency to provide eight or more Promethean Activclassroom Series Foundations and Integration Courses and / or events per calendar year with at least one Promethean ActivBoard, projector, and set of ActivVotes. This agreement is non-financial and the initial term of this Agreement shall commence upon the execution of the agreement (Effective Date) by Promethean and expire one year after the Effective Date, but shall be renewable for successive terms of one year at the expiration of the initial term upon mutual written consent.
