18. IGA WITH AGUILA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT #63 FOR DISTANCE LEARNING LAB SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Aguila Elementary School District #63 and Maricopa County through the Education Service Agency for Distance Learning Lab Services. This Agreement outlines the responsibilities of each of the parties to conduct Distance Learning instruction for adults and children in Maricopa County. The parties agree to cooperate and assist each other in meeting these goals because they support education and benefit the students, the District, and the community. The term of this Agreement shall commence upon the execution of the agreement (Effective Date) by both parties and is effective for a period of 10 years or expires upon completion of services.
