HEARING REGARDING OVEREXPENDITURE REQUEST BY SADDLE MOUNTAIN UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT #90 Conduct a hearing to determine whether to approve the petition from the School Governing Board of the Saddle Mountain Unified School District #90 requesting the authority to incur liabilities in excess of the budget pursuant to A.R.S. § 15-907 in the amount of $466,606.64. These expenses were not originally accounted for in the school district’s budget for FY 2010-11 as they were incurred due to unique circumstances which exist at the school district this Fiscal Year.
