15. APPORTIONMENT OF NATIONAL FOREST FEES Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-497, approve the apportionment of $519,268.91 of National Forest Fees for FY 2010-11. The County Treasurer’s Office has on deposit National Forest Fees for FY 2010-11 in the amount of $519,268.91. The total apportionment is $564,422.73 with $45,153.82 being for Title II. The $519,268.91 represents Maricopa County’s share of the National Forest Fees apportionment. These fees will be allocated as described below: Education Service Agency (370) Grant Fund (715) $474,961.73 Emergency Management Department (151) Emergency Management Fund (215) $39,509.59 Public Works (910) Transportation Fund (232): $4,797.59 The Education Service Agency will receive $474,961.73 and their FY 10-11 indirect rate is 12.8% resulting in $53,896.37 full indirect cost recovery. The Emergency Management Department will receive $39,509.59 and their FY 10-11 indirect rate is 15.1% resulting in $ 5,183.27 full indirect cost recovery. The Public Works Department will receive $4,797.59 and their FY 10-11 indirect rate is 12.2% resulting in $521.66 full indirect cost recovery. (C-37-11-107-M-00)
