16. SCHOOL DISTRICT BOUNDARIES RECONCILIATION Pursuant to A.R.S. §15-442(C), approve the reconciled district boundary reports submitted by the county school superintendent. These boundaries shall be the legal boundaries and descriptions of the Litchfield Elementary, Agua Fria Union High, Pendergast Elementary, and Tolleson Union High School Districts. The reconciled transcript of the school district boundaries is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. (C-37-11-114-7-00)
