16. IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between The Arizona Department of Education and Maricopa County through the Education Service Agency to design, develop and implement “A Future Model” for a Statewide Longitudinal Data System that may be replicated statewide as the design model for the Statewide Longitudinal System that meets the requirements of the America Competes Act (ACA). This Agreement outlines the responsibilities of each of the parties. The term of this Agreement shall commence upon the execution of the agreement (Effective Date) by both parties and expires December 15, 2015. (C-37-12-003-3-00)

12. ADDENDUM TO IGA WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND EDUCATION SERVICE AGENCY Approve Addendum A to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Arizona Department of Education (ADE). This addendum adds six items for further clarity and statutory requirements including record keeping, arbitration, and non-availability of funds. This addendum does not change the responsibilities of either party and does not affect the term of this agreement. (C-37-12-003-3-01)

27. ADDENDUM TO IGA WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION Approve Addendum C to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Arizona Department of Education (ADE). This addendum revises the termination date to December 31, 2021. This addendum does not change the responsibilities of either party. (C-37-12-003-3-03)
