16. IGA WITH PENDERGAST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT #92 FOR DISTANCE LEARNING SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Pendergast Elementary School District #92 and Maricopa County through the Education Service Agency for Distance Learning Services. This Agreement outlines the responsibilities of each of the parties to conduct Distance Learning instruction for children in Maricopa County. The parties agree to cooperate and assist each other in meeting these goals because they support education and benefit the students, the District, and the community. The term of this Agreement shall commence upon the execution of the agreement (Effective Date) by both parties and is effective for a period of three years or expires upon completion of services.
