17. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE ARIZONA SUPREME COURT THROUGH THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA), between the Arizona Supreme Court (Court) through the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (BOS) through the County School Superintendent (SOS,) which defines the responsibilities of the parties in the development of education programs and the use of funds. The IGA Amendment provides funding in the amount of $187,111 from the Department of Education (ADE) to Maricopa County Regional School District #509 sub-granted to the AOC, and the School Superintendent as the party authorized to enter into this IGA. Also, approve a change in the term of the agreement from September 30, 2013, to June 30, 2014. The Administrative Office of Courts (AOC), on behalf of the Superior Courts (Court) for all counties in Arizona and the Superintendents of Schools for each county, applied for and received $1,322,195.97 as a sub-grant from the Arizona Department of Education (ADE). The portion of these funds allocated to Maricopa County is $187,111.00. The AOC and the Court have the authority to enter into this IGA pursuant to Article VI, Section 3 of the Arizona Constitution; A.R.S. §11-952; A.R.S. §8-371; and A.R.S. §15-913. 23. IGA WITH THE ARIZONA SUPREME COURT THROUGH THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA), between the Arizona Supreme Court (Court) through the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (BOS) through the County School Superintendent, which defines the responsibilities of the parties in the development of education programs and the use of funds. The IGA provides additional funding for fiscal year 2013 in the amount of $25,000 from the Department of Education (ADE) to Maricopa County Regional School District #509 sub-granted to the AOC, and the School Superintendent as the party authorized to enter into this IGA. The term of the IGA will be effective on the date of final signature pursuant to A.R.S. 11-915(F) and shall terminate on September 30, 2013. The Administrative Office of Courts (AOC), on behalf of the Superior Courts (Court) for all counties in Arizona and the Superintendents of Schools for each county, applied for and received $1,306,718.55 as a sub-grant from the Arizona Department of Education (ADE). On June 10, 2013, The AOC notified the County School Superintendent that Maricopa County has been allocated $25,000 in additional Title I Funds. The AOC and the Court have the authority to enter into this IGA pursuant to Article VI, Section 3 of the Arizona Constitution; A.R.S. §11-952; A.R.S. §8-371; and A.R.S. §15-913. The IGA Amendment provides funding in the amount of $181,695 from the Department of Education (ADE) to Maricopa County Regional School District #509 sub-granted to the AOC, and the School Superintendent as the party authorized to enter into this IGA. Also, approve a change in the term of the agreement from September 30, 2014, to June 30, 2016. (C-37-12-009-M-03) 19. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH I/O PHOENIX ONE, LLC Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, a fifth amendment to License Agreement P-50124 with I/O Phoenix One, LLC, as Licensor, to extend the term of the license agreement by two (2) months with no further auto-renewal provisions. The subject amendment to License agreement P-50124 with I/O Data Center extends the term of the agreement by an additional two (2) months. This license agreement provides for cabinet space at an offsite datacenter facility. The monthly base license fees will increase 3% for the last two months of the agreement. (C-37-09-026-3-07)
