15. IGA WITH WESTED Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between WestED, a California joint powers agency and Maricopa County through the Education Service Agency. This Agreement outlines the responsibilities of each of the parties to promote excellence, achieve equity, and improve learning for children and youth so that all children and youth in Maricopa County can graduate college and career ready. The parties agree to cooperate and assist each other in meeting these goals because they support education to benefit the students, the District, and the community. The term of this Agreement is January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2015, a period of four years or expires upon completion of services. (C-37-12-012-M-00)
