16. CONTRACT WITH GALILEO/ATI FOR USE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES Approve a non-financial contract with Galileo/ATI for the use of Electronic Services. Assessment Technology, Inc. (“ATI”), an Arizona corporation, is willing to provide a nonexclusive, nontransferable license for access to and use of certain electronic applications accessed remotely (“Electronic Services”) to the Maricopa County Education Service Agency (the “User”) for a period of one year (12 months) from date of contract with renewal at the option and discretion of the User. The Electronic Services are designed to assess or test student learning and/or assist User in planning, implementing or reporting on courses of study, lessons, assignments or other learning activities.
