17. IGA WITH THE BALSZ ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County, through the Maricopa County Education Service Agency (MCESA), and the Balsz Elementary School District for the purpose of implementing the Rewarding Excellence in Instruction and Leadership Program (REIL) at the alliance district. This Agreement shall become effective from and after the date of its execution and expires December 31, 2015. The revenue recovered through the IGA will cover all direct expenses related to operating the program. Indirect costs in the General Fund will not be recovered. (C-37-12-020-3-00)
