14. APPLY AND ACCEPT THE 2013 TITLE II-A GRANT AZ ESA PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT FROM ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION Approve the Application for and acceptance of the 2013 AZ ESA Professional Development Project from Arizona Department of Education (13FT1ZDR-370696-02A) in the amount of $92,776.72. The term of the grant is 12 months from September 1, 2012, through August 31, 2013. MCESA’s indirect rate for FY 2013 is 13.8 percent. The restricted indirect cost rate allowed by this grant source is 8 percent. Allowable/recoverable indirect costs on this award are $6,872.35. Unrecoverable indirect costs on this award are $4,982.45. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law.
