27. APPORTIONMENT OF NATIONAL FOREST FEES Pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-497, approve the apportionment of $465,130.33 of National Forest Fees for FY 2012-13. The County Treasurer’s Office has on deposit National Forest Fees for FY 2012-13 in the amount of $465,130.33. The total apportionment is $505,576.43 with $40,446.11 being for Title II. The $465,130.33 represents Maricopa County’s share of the National Forest Fees apportionment. These fees will be allocated as described below: Education Service Agency (370) Grant Fund (715) $425,442.57 Emergency Management Department (151) Emergency Management Fund (215) $35,390.36 Transportation (640) Transportation Operations Fund (232): $4,297.40 The Education Service Agency will receive $425,442.57 and their FY 12-13 indirect rate is 13.8% resulting in $51,591.45 full indirect cost recovery. The Emergency Management Department will receive $35,390.36 and their FY 12-13 indirect rate is 12.3% resulting in $3,876.24 full indirect cost recovery. The Transportation Department will receive $4,297.40 and their FY 12-13 indirect rate is 6.9% resulting in $277.38 full indirect cost recovery. (C-37-13-009-2-00)
