9. IGA WITH MARICOPA COUNTY REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT TO SUPPORT TECHNOLOGY NEEDS Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County Regional School District #509 (MCRSD) and Maricopa County through the Education Service Agency (MCESA). This Intergovernmental agreement outlines the responsibilities of each of the parties with regard to support MCRSD’s Technology needs and collaboration on synergies that save MCRSD funds that are then directed into the classroom. This Agreement shall become effective from and after the date of its execution. The IGA renews automatically on July 1st of the ensuing year and expires June 30, 2017. (C-37-13-011-2-00)
