11. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE CORRECTIONS Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (ADJC) and Maricopa County through the Maricopa County Education Service Agency (MCESA). The purpose of this MOU is to ensure the implementation and accomplishment of the vision, mission, goals, objectives, critical work activities, and program evaluations for Transforming Juveniles through Successful Transition (TJST). This MOU shall become effective from and after the date of its execution and expires December 31, 2017. (C-37-13-022-3-00)
