22. DATA SHARING AGREEMENT WITH MADISON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT Approve a Data Sharing agreement between the Madison Elementary School District and Maricopa County through the Maricopa County Education Service Agency (MCESA). The purpose of this Data Sharing agreement is to provide MCESA with access to student-level, personnel-level and system data sets for use in the implementation development of assessments This agreement shall become effective from and after the date of its execution and expires June 30, 2017.
